Guest Access
Guests will have full private access to the entire apartment and shared building facilities.
Important Notes
There is construction facing the balcony, which may cause limited view and occasional daytime noise.
The apartment is fully suitable for stays, and pricing reflects this condition fairly.
Other things to note
1) Security deposit of 2000 AED will be collected upon check in and will be refund upon check-out (If there’s no damage).
2) Strictly No smoking inside the apartment – (AED 1,000) Charges if guest smoked inside the apartment as all our properties non-smoking.
3) Standard check in time at 3pm & check out at 12PM.
4) Checking out late from 1pm till 3pm will cost half night charges and after 3pM will cost full night charges and it’s subject to availability.
5) Lost Access Card charges will be 500 AED.
6) Lost Key charges will be 50 AED.
7) Standard Check in Time from 3PM till 10PM.
8) Late Check in after 10PM till 7AM next day will be cost 250AED.
9) Parties or events and Pets are not allowed.
10) Additional housekeeping services are available on request at an additional charge.
11) Early check-in or late checkout with extra charges and it’s subject to availability.
12) The passport copies of all guests who will be staying in the property should be emailed to us after the reservation is confirmed according to the UAE LAW in order to register the guests with building management.
